A Commander in Chief and fighter from the Israeli Defence Forces has fallen into poverty.

In 1997, in Wadi Saloki in Lebanon, Shai with his soldiers were confronted by terrorists and five of his warriors were murdered.

In “Tzok Eitan”,only a few years later again in front of his eyes, two of his warriors in this battle against terrorists, were slaughtered.

This was too much for Shai, who he himself totally mentally collapsed.  With no recognition or assistance from the Israeli Defence Forces.

Shai  married to Vicky with their five children, can no longer  financially support them, Shai is a broken man.

Shai was a soldier, a Commander in Chief who now in the depth of depression can no longer finance his wife and children.

He gave to us – now it is for us to give to him.
