Yeshivas Noam Yisroel was established two years ago, with the aim of providing a solution and a supporting environment for young students facing severe learning disabilities coming from good chassidic homes here in Eretz Yisroel. The Yeshiva encourages each boy to advance in learning, personal growth and development at his own pace without feeling threatened by the general public image.

The yeshiva is headed by Rav Yechezkel Shraga Rosenbaum, the Rebbe of Kretschnif Trebishan Shlit”a, who has served as Rosh Yeshiva since its founding. He is the son of the late esteemed Rebbe of Kretschnif (Kiryat Gat) Zy”a, who passed away last year. The Rosh Yeshiva is known for his deep compassion and treats each and every talmid like his own child overseeing to all his needs, be it spiritually, materially or academically.  He spares no efforts or compromises when it comes to hiring the best mechanchim who understand the special needs of these talmidim, including professional social workers to coach the boys along in their journey to adulthood. In addition, special extracurricular activities are provided on a regular basis to help gear and motivate the students to maximize their potential.

Today the Yeshiva boasts 3 shiurim (classes) with a student body of 50 boys, a fully equipped dormitory, kitchen, dining room and a recreation room. Needless to mention, each and every bochur’s love to the Yeshiva, Rosh Yeshiva and highly dedicated staff is reflected in their eagerness to get up every morning and apply themselves fully to their daily learning schedules. B”H the results of their labor of love are very rewarding seeing these boys happy and maximizing their potentials.

Yeshivas Noam Yisroel which is one of a kind – costs a fortune for the yeshiva's administration and its head, but when the well-being of the students is constantly in front of their eyes, they put themselves into a sea of expenses just to ensure that these precious bochurim will remain with a Yeshiva setting that they feel happy and accepted, which they actually call HOME!

With COVID-19, not being able to travel abroad doing regular fundraising trips, we have been hit extremely hard financially, yet we understood with a great sense of holy mission and deep responsibility to our bochurim and their families that we cannot afford to close our doors and lose our talmidim. We were determined to carry on by taking on loans and trying to navigate our ship despite the stormy waves. However, the strain has taken its toll and the current financial situation is burdensome and unbearable, it is for this reason we turn to you our compassionate brother who recognizes the significance of this holy Yeshiva and request your partnership in saving the Yeshiva and it’s bochurim from chas veshalom a total collapse!

In this great zechus of Hachzokas Torah and saving these special Yiddishe Neshamos who otherwise would be vulnerable to the streets of temptations, may Hashem repay you with best of health, happiness, peace and protection in these turbulent covid times and only derive much Simcha and Yiddishe Nachas from your children. Omein!
