Derech Habayit College

The Derech Habayit Association is a charitable, non-profit organization founded in 2017 with the aim of providing families in Israel with tools to deal with life's personal and family challenges.

Derech Habayit has a team that researches and studies the needs of the population in each context and transforms the results into educational content, providing the population with a better quality of life.

The association's objectives are:
-Psychological support for families in times of war
-Strengthening family harmony
-Development of communication skills and early childhood education
-Marital counseling to build a solid relationship
-Promotion of family growth and economic development

Team:
Our team has 37 specialist teachers and rabbis, as well as 12 therapist mentors who support hundreds of families every day.
Among the members of Derech Habayit are names of international prominence and prestige, such as Rabbi Chaim Isaac Landau, Bnei Brak Chief Rabbi and Rabbi Chaim Shlomo Diskin, of Kiryat Ata, as well as economists, psychiatrists, psychologists , behavior analysts and renowned professors.

Evolution:
Since its founding 7 years ago, the association has produced dozens of digital courses, held hundreds of lectures and individual meetings with families and also 270 community meetings.

We have had remarkable and extraordinary success impacting education in Israel, and in light of this, the Ministry of Education has granted us the certificate of membership in that ministry.

Among the most notable achievements are:
-1,568 couples received guidance to improve family harmony
-2,470 families consolidated their economic situation
-3,144 families received guidance and educational training

Today and now – October/2023
Derech Habayit is currently focused on the problem of dependence on cell phone and computer screens, and on treating the trauma of war. Furthermore, this association is focused on this campaign with the goal of providing courses for parents on how to deal with their children and avoid future trauma.
